Subject: Washington Square FYI
Two spaces at Washington Square have been combined into one address according to their management
office. The Warner Brothers store at 9601 and the Wishes & Dreams store at 9607 have been combined
into 9601 SW Washington Sq. Rd. The management office has entered into a lease with Casual Corner to
occupy the entire space. However, to complicate things, there will actually be 3 stores: Casual Corner,
Petite Sophisticate and Carolee.
Per the management office, all permits should be issued to Casual Corner at 9601 SW Washington
Sq. Rd. I just wanted to let everyone know because I have received a plumbing permit application with
Carolee on it. I have made changes to the list for Washington Square in Kit's address book.
