1. All material furnished under this contract shall conform to specifications above set out,and all work shall be performed in a workmanlike manner in ac-
cordance with standard practices.
2. Any change in the above specifications resulting in additional costs shall become an extra charge over and above the contract price herein,to the extent
thereof.
3. The Acceptor named below shall carry fire,tornado and all other necessary insurance. Buckaroo shall provide Workmen's Compensation Insurance(or
equivalent)on all Buckaroo employees used on the job.
4. If default occurs in making payment or payments on this contract,Acceptor named below promises and agrees to pay the reasonable collection costs of
Buckaroo; however, if suit or action is filed for the purpose of enforcing any of the provisions hereof,the prevailing party in such suit or action shall be en-
titled to such sum as the Court may determine just and reasonable as attorney's fees in addition to the prevailing party's costs and disbursements in such suit
or action including costs and attorney's fees in any appellate Court proceedings.
