I appreciate you taking the time to return my call to verify that the Landlord approved plans was enough to submit for line drawings and no architectural drawings were required. I am submitted this paperwork on behalf of our client The Mobile Solution for the assembly of a kiosk in the River Town Crossing Mall in space #5564. Enclosed please find the following items: • A check in the amount of $226.91 made payable to the City of Tigard for the review fee • A completed Application for Building permit • Copy of the drawings approved by the Landlord • Our UL Listing for the cabinet wiring and signs of the kiosk • Copy of our spec/date on the fire -rated material I trust you will contact me if you require any additional information to complete the permit review and issue the building permit. Please call me upon review completion and permit issuance with the permit # and cost. I will have my installer will come down to retrieve it. Please note the following. • It is a violation of the lease to fail to construct this project according to the "Tenant Package" requirements (Tenant Design & Construction Criteria, Construction Rules and Regulations for Tenant's Contractor, and Sign Design & Construction Criteria). ANY deviations from the criteria or the final approved construction documents and notes must have the Tenant Coordinator's specific written approval. • Tenant must submit an electrical and kiosk orientation plan for LL review and on -site coordination. A copy of the building permit, certificates of insurance, security deposit, etc. are required to be on file before any work commences.
