Since the property seems to be for sale, I think they will probably not be exercising their permit. However, until the sale,
we should probably keep account of it.

Could you check the status of this case and let me know if it is still active. We have some building related permits
on this project that we should probably expire. If the land use case is still active, Mark will give them a short time
frame to comply with land use conditions and our plan review letters prior to expiring the permits.
