This property is zoned I-L (Light Industrial) . The present use of the site is listed as a permitted use for this zoning district. A review of the plans submitted to your office and forwarded to this office reveal the following items need to be addressed and corrected: 1. Access Roadways: An access roadway is required within 150 feet of all portions of the structure measured around the outside of the structure. Because of the terrain, arrangement of buildings to property lines, and distances from access roadways, • an automatic sprinkler protection system shall be i' stalled in this structure in accordance with Uniform Building Code Standard 38- 1 (NFPA Standard 13) . By installing an automatic fire protection sprinkler system throughout the structure, the new two hour area separation wall could be deleted for fire flow purposes. Depending on what required the existing two hour separation wall, this wall also may not be required and therefore maintenance may be able to be deleted on the wall or doors protecting openings in this wall.
