Dear Mr. Liden:
This confirms our telephone conversation this morning. The existing landscape
materials behind the proposed building are to be preserved and maintained.
The materials consist of trees and shrubs at the north property line and field
grasses covering approximately 4,500 sq. ft. This Landscape area is in
addition to the 2,850 sq. ft. of new landscaping being provided at the front
of the project. The 15% landscape requirement (5,230 sq.ft. total ) is
therefore exceeded by approximately 2,100 sq. ft.

ment ti. review SDP. 6-85 (Beaver er. Bolt) this morning. After 'reviewing
a. ; the various requirements you list sI have developed several ques-
ti ons. Yesterday afternoon I reviewed these'questions over the
phone with Liz Newton of your office. She indicated that one
of my questions be clarxified in writing and sent to you.
Item B "Analysis and Conclusion" on page two and item C, number
eight both address the issue of required landscaping for the
project. Number eight specifically states that the method of •
