The existing landscape materials behind the proposed building are to be preserved and maintained. The materials consist of trees and shrubs at the north property line and field grasses covering approximately 4,500 sq. ft. This Landscape area is in addition to the 2,850 sq. ft. of new landscaping being provided at the front of the project.
