We appeal to your sense of fairness and to your equitable and practical judgment by requesting that our client be relieved of this requirement. As shown in our Public Improvement submission, we have agreed to install approximately 520° of 15" concrete storm line and an area inlet along the east side of S.W. 69th. This public improvement has some direct benefit to our project, and we feel the requirement is reasonable We have furnished the design for sanitary sewer line in our Public Improvement documents as a courtesy to the City and to show our good faith. We do not feel we should be required to build it. The intent of this letter is to appeal the sanitary sewer line requirement t discussed above.
