• As I indicated to you over the phone, the Planning Director and I discussed J1
the appropriateness of the conditions of approval regarding right-of-way
dedication and a non-remonstrance agreement. We concluded LLcat no remodeling

has taken place to accommodate the car sales business and that the property is '
being utilized as it is presently developed. The code is suffici .'ntly
f1axible so that Conditions 3. and 4. of the Planning Director's decision of
October 25, 1985 will not be necessary at this time.
