SUBJECT: Division Meetings

Beginning on Monday, September 9, 1985, each Division of the Community
Development Department will hold weekly meetings on Monday mornings from
8:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. The purpose of the meetings is to provide a forum for
division personnel to meet and discuss the projects and workload planned for
the week, The meetings are intended to provide opportunities to coordinate
efforts, receive direction and guidance from 'supervisors, and to identify
•
problems which need attention.'
I will be available to participate at any of the four division meetings at the
request of the division manager, If requested, I cab schedule to visit with
more than one division during the meeting period

' Division managers will be expected to provide direction to the meetings by
following an agenda. The agenda should at lease include the followings
1, Coordination of which employees will be taking .time of during the .
week; vacation, training, etc
2. Assignment sig of special projects.

Dear Ms. Bottcher:
At our meeting on Tuesday, January 13, we determined that an
access to Dr. Hughes ' property is possible. The access will
require widening of the, highway and installation of a left
turn refuge. The cost—of this construction will be borne by
the developer.

proceeding layout turn lane to

vicinity map of the area involved. This map should extend to
the south at least 600 feet and to the bridge on the north.
It must show all physical features including„ but not limited
to, edges of pavement, curb lines, ditches, existing pavement
