There will be no permanent occupants in the facility. • The building is residential in scale and will be finished with 8" bevelled siding. This material is similar in character to ' the 6" channel siding on the existing 7-Eleven store and newly constructed retail space on the adjacent property. • • In order to provide a two way drive into the site, it is necessary to utilize the full available width of the portion of the site that extends to Cascade. Avenue. Since it is not possible to .r provide a landscaping buffer along the drive, while also ma in- taining the required width for a two way driveway, interior landscaping has been substantially increased. The planting areas are concentrated into two major areas for a total of 18 % of the site. Three parking spaces are provided for use„by 'maintenance personellx I and cross access will be maintained to the adjacent retail facility to allow easy access for service and delivery vehicles to all three properties.
