The settlement allows the occupants of the building to apply for and receive a sign permit to utilize the existing sign structure to advertise up to March 20, 1988. Traffic Circulation As noted the Engineering Division, there is the potential for serious conflicts and congestion problems due to the, Post Office and the health club driveway locations.
