Choice Apartments) is similar, the subject property is zoned CBD and the other is zoned R-12, The side yard requirement in the R-12 zone or multi-Family dwellings is 10 feet. The 3O-foot setback would eliminate the possibility'` of installing an additional building due to the existing improvements and the narrow Width of the property, The applicant contends that the S-foot setback is necessary to accommodate the proposed building, After reviewing the site plan and building design, it appears that ni 10-foot side yard ;setback could be provided without undue hardship.
