Bp ANALYSIS AND CONCLUSION The proposed church is in conformance with the applicable requirements of the R-4.5 zone and the Site Development Review process except for the following items ,(x 1. A 25 foot wide access way is shown on the site plan. The Code requites a 24 foot wide access plus a 5 foot wide sidewalk on one °• side. 2. The 36 parking spaces shown exceeds the required number of 24 spaces. The Code does require that a minimum of to I bicycle tacit spaces also be provided. 3. The landscaping an a ears to be acceptable)e r however it is clear from the in format ion pr esented whether adeq uate buffering ering ,r • will be provided between the parking area and the residences to the north and west. Of particular concern is the affect that headlights and parking area lighting will have upon the adjacent ,, properties.
