the sewer line connection prior to the line being covered.
2 A site drainage plan showing finished floor elevations shall be submitted
to and approved by the City of Tigard Engineering Division prior to the

3. The site plan shall be reviewed by the Tualatin Fire District Fire Marshall
to ensure adequate water pressure for fire protection.. •
