SITE PLAN/DESIGN REVIEW. The applicant is proposing.'several additions to .
the existing Tuality, Junior High School complex.
The additions total 4,460 square feet and are as follows
900 square feet to be added to the west entt,r

At presents the school is 66,858 Square feet. The proposed additions bring z

the total square footage of the complex to 71,318 square feet. The parking
requirement'for junior high schools is 10 spaces plus 1 spate per classroom.
(Reference Tigard Municipal Code Section 18,6O,120(3) (e) ) Parking is adequate
for�the proposed additions. A total of 54 spaces are required. There are 56 ',.'
