SITE DESIGN R EVIEW: The a pp licant is proposing to construct four office
buildings. Two of the buildings are to be two-story with ,�
6,104 square feet each and two of the offices will be one-story with 3,984
square feet each.' There is an existing 2,400 square foot medical-dental office
on the adjacent property to which a 2,400 square foot addition is proposed. ,
The five buildings total 2,4976 square feet. The oft-site parking provided will

follows:

1. Plans for improvements in the public right-of-way, including Highway 99W,
shall be submitted to and approved by the City of Tigard Engineering Division
prior to issuance of building permits. Oregon Department of Transportation
approval on plans submitted to and stamped by the City of Tigard will be re-

2. Public improvements plans shall, include a drainage system, street improve- , ;
ments and construction plans for the public sewer system (all public lines
. shall be 8" and larger) . A 15-foot maintenance easement is required over all
public sanitary sewer lines. '
3. All sidewalks shall be concrete;; parking areas shall be asphalt. , ,
