PREVIOUS ACTION: On April 27, 1981, the Tigard City Council approved a,

Comprehensive Plan Revision from R-7 Single FaQii1y
Residential to A-12 Multi Family Residential. On July 26,
1982, the City Council passed an ordinance to vacate the
previously approved Angelynh Subdivision.
SITE PLAN/DESIGN REVIEW: The applicant is proposing to construct a 17 unit
V multi family housing project. The site plan shows 5
buildings. Two of the buildings consisting of 3 r ;
units each will be available for low income families
fora total of 6 units. Three of the buildings will
be made available for elderly low income persons
with a total of i1 units. The property is
designated medium density on the comprehensive plan
1 and is zoned A-12. The site plan submitted by the

JHowever, it is the opinion of the City Engineer that
;; the drywells proposed will not work. The drywells
may ,fill up and as a result ponding will occur. For;
these reasons, staff would like the applicant to
submit another alternative solution for site
drainage.

Safety, and Structure Safety Code requirements of the City of Tigard.
11. No Occupancy Permits shall be issued until all conditions placed upon this
development by the City of Tigard have been satisfied ' and inspections
