The City has received a complaint from the adjoining property owner that the site work to the rear of the property was not performed in accordance with the approved plane As a result, he contends that water runoff from the property goes into his land causing problems. In addition, fill has been placed over his lot line. Since he is now contemplating construction on his land, he has asked the City to inquire to determine of there are, steps which you need to take to correct any encroachment onto his, land.
