Dear Ms. Newton:Tualatin Fire District has been notified of the notification of they
Site Design Review for the addition of the Tradewell Store. Because .
Tualatin Fire District has a fire station and is an adjacent property
owner to this building and proposed addition to the building, we 1
would ask that the following be considered as part of the changes.
1 . That a half street improvement on the south side of
S.W. Commercials Street be considered: This is an.
18 ft, street and it is narrow for our fire equip-
menu to respond on. Additionally, as part of the
street improvement there is a high spot in the pave-
