STAFF ACTION: Staff approves the Site Design Review for the installation of
two modular classrooms at the existing Progress Bible Church. .
•
Subject to conditions as follows:
1 Any landscaped acreas shall be returned to their original state after •
construction prior to issuance of an occupancy permit.
2 The applicant shall satisfy the City Building Official that installation .
of the modular classrooms will not interfere with, the existing sewer line
prior to the issuance of any permits.

required for approval of ZC 11,-78 prior to the issuance of Occupancy
