" 2.1 Oak Hill and McCall grant to the other non exclusive reciprocal easements for parking and vehicular and T • pedestrian traffic in the designated areas (as shown on Exhibit "B" ) on each parcel for the tenants and customers of the various buildings on Tax Lots 600, 602 and 603.
