No changes in the dimension of the sign will be allowed. When relocated, the existing sign shall not exceed fourteen (14' ) feet in height from the ground ground level. 4. The applicant shall be required to make necessary • dedications for future street improvements (see f description attached) prior to the issuance of Building permits. f 5. No Occupancy Permits shall be issued until all con- ditions placed upon this development by the City of Tigard have been sati sfied and inspections verifying this have �. been carried out, by the appropriate department. . 6.
