Four-hundred seventeen (417) spaces are wit'in the school property and would not • be affected by this construction. SITE PLAN,/DESIGN REVIEW COMMENTS: In this case, the actual land upon which the stadium will be built will be leased temporarily to the development group to allow fencing it of during construction for insurance purposes, etc. The land will 'go back to the School District at completion of the project. At this time, a one-thousand- three-hundred (1300) .seat, open-bleacher stadium is on the site. The proposed, structure will be a covered, two-thousand (2000) seat stadium. The City's primary concern is development of the abutting streets :. Durham ' Road and 92nd Avenue. At the present time, the city plans to initiate a Local Improvement District (LID) for Durham Road from SW Serena Way at picks' Landing, east to the intersection of Durham and Ralf. These street improvements fall directly upon the School'Distriot and not upon the Tiger. Pride Committee, Inc. The City should not be .singled • g out as a "wet-blankets to the stadium project".
