SITE PLAN/DESIGN REVIEW COMMENTS: Related to parking on' site a considerable amount of work has been done recently to increase the capacity.° If S.W. 92nd 4 , i Avenue is improved as proposed, additional parking will be provided. When S.W. Durham Road is unproved, the School may ' loose a few spaces, but it will not be significant. Auditorium ' could create a probeim if a major event were scheduled. on° the ' same night as a football game. However, with only six (6) 0 games "at home" in the Fall, Staff feels that the chances of this happening are negligible. The School Superintendent has assured Staff that-this' ha t-this possibility 'is negligible. The parking therefore seems adequate: Improvement to S.W. 92nd Avenue 11 be completed as s a condition n. of this development.
