In the years since 1982 the business occupying the premises has
evolved from consulting engineering only to a design and build
organization whereby many of the contracts involved the engineering
as Well as installation of the projects at hand; These projects
were primarily involved with piping or piping systems and
environmental acontrol devices which required a great deal of piping.
