to build a three thousand square foot building, forty feet wide and seventy-
five feet long to house our business known as P & L Machine Works, a machine
shop.
However, the City of Tigard will take ten feet of our property along Bonita ,
Rd. for the L. I D. This means the building would be built ten Feet further
from Bonita Road, which makes it impossible to construct the building without
extensive cost for fill and foundation material due to the size, shape and J `
topography of the property.
Therefore, we are applying for a variance that will allow a ten foot side
yard set back on Bonita Road and a ten foot rear yard on the west side of the
property to enable us to construct the building and better utilize the property.
