The applicant is proposing a small addition to the warehotze storage space
with no additional employees. The parking requirement for this site is
twenty-five (25) spaces. The plan submitted by the applicant shows nine (9) .
A visual review of the actual site, however, indicates more than enough
room for 25 parking spaces if the spaces are varked.
There is concern by the Staff that the applicant has filled in the floodpla±n
