Exhibit "A" does not meet these minimum requirements. The location of Building D and the ten (10') foot utility easement prevent/restrict development of a parking area as outlined in this Exhibit "A" . The applicant states.. . ."garages or carports" on his drawings. On the east -- Lots 41 through 52, the slope from the pavement to the property line is severe„ If garages were allowed, there would exist a ten (10') foot strip of land between the back of the _ garages and the property line. This area will become overgrown with black- berrys and become a fire hazard. Carports are the most desirable becab,se this area would remain visible and could be continually maintained thus reducing the fire hazard. Garages on the west create a similar situation .
