Varns Road Tigard, Oregon • Dear Ray: The Metropolitan Branch of the Oregon Department of Transportation has reviewed the proposed development plans dated January 16, 1980 (one copy attached). Based upon an assumed accurate depiction of the existing Oregon State Highway Department right-of-way line (noted in red as existing OSHD right-of-way) ; and the area designated as R.O.W. on the plan (shaded area on north end of property) not being further developed; ODOT has no objection to the project, nor does it hinder the proposed S.W. 72nd Avenue Interchange project. The development will fall within an area impacted by high noise levels, and the developer should hold the City and State free from remonstrance, concerning noise from existing facilities and the proposed S.W. 72nd Avenue project. • • In addition, ODOT requests the triangle of property, north of the red line designated proposed right-of-way line; be d li cated to the City for public use as a condition of their development.
