Request: approval of new exterior finish for an existing . For design revs.ewa pp building. Location: 12230 S.W. Main Screet (Wash. Co. Tax Map 251 2AA Tax Lots 4100, 420Q). • Previous Action: Site design review of Girod's grocery SDR 24-75 Parking Requirements: Pl The applicant's use is the same as the previous use of the site, he parking requirements are met with the existin g parking. Site plan and Architectural Review: The applicant is not requesting a comprehensive review of the site, and has submitted no landscape, site, or irrigation plans. Elevation drawings have been submitted along with color samples. The elevation drawings are unclear as to the width of the proposed color bands. The landscaping at the site is inadequate, Many of the plants are dead. The parking area is not screened from th,e street and there are sections of broken curbing. . Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of the proposed exterior colors with the following conditions: I. That a landscape plan be submitted and approved by design review. 2. That the broken curbing be replaced. 3.
