Gentlemen:
Our client, Hyster Sales Company, proposes to add approxi-
, mately 1,400 square feet of office space to their existing

facility at 7000 Sandburg Street in Tigard. They do not
propose to hire any additional people,' but merely wish to
provide more space for their present employees.
In addition to the office addition, they propose a 3,766 •
square feet addition to their Parts Storage Department.
