The site is a corner lot bordered by S.W. Commercial Street and
S,W. Hall Boulevard with a single,wfamily dwelling the northeast
and apartments to the northwest of the property.
Site Designation:
The site is zoned A-2 "Multifamily Residential". and designated
' !' "Urban Medium Density" on the NPO #1 Plan.
Proposed Use:
The applicant is proposing to add 305 square feet of office space
to the existing real estate office.
Previous Action:
Conditional Use CU 6. 73 A conditional use permit was granted for
the use of the single family residence as a professional office.

1973.
