Dear Mr. Saito:

I have made a site plan and plans review for the proposed three
buildings to be built on the site. Building C will be 600 ft. •
from S.W. Upper Booties Ferry Rd. Because of the distance from
the existing public fire hydrant on the street .i it would be
• required that a water line be laid on the property with three
fire hydrants -- one in front of each building to insure proper ' -
fire protection. This will also insure a water system if these
buildings are to be sprinkle)-ed. .
I have met with Tigard Water District and they will show the
engineering plans for installing hydrants and the water lines.
Please contact them for the exact details.
I see no other problems with proper fire department emergencV
vehicle access unless parking islands, etc. are chan+3cd from
this existing site plan. .

The applicant is proposing to construct three buildings to accbmodate office
and storage operations adjacent to a railroad right-of-way and along SW Upper
Boones Ferry, Road.
The parki,nt and circulation plans do not comply with existing minimum Code m,
