your request for site plan and architectural review of the above referenced

Applicant Proposes 23 spaces.
SITE PLAN AND ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW:
Additional access has been provided to the site by widening the access
drive an additional 12' , The applicant and the property owners to the
north of the subject site have agreed to provide a secondary access for
emergency vehicle only,
The proposal meets all setback, parking and access requirements. The I
aPplioant proposes parking spaces above` the code requirement„ Four of
these spaces are to be _located between the open space area and the

The applicant should reduce this paved area to allow only for the future
emergency access and an unloading area for the basement storage.
