Please be advised that the Planning Director on June 19, 1979 approved your request
for site plan and architectural review of the above referenced project.
This approval is subject to the following conditions

REQUEST: For site plan and architectural review of Charles F, Tigard Elementary
School addition.
PARKING REQUIREMENTS: Ten (10) spaces plus one space per classroom
26 classrooms = 36 spaces required, Thirty-four spaces
are existing. There are no new spaces proposed,

DESIGN REVIEW: The applicant is proposing a 10,000 sq. ft. addition, to the
0 Elementary School. The addition will, house a kitchen, teachers .
room a large multipurpose room and a music room It will be
• bounded on two sides by the existing buildings. The other two

sides face the parking area and the entrance turn around,
• The Elementary School is in a A-2 zone but has never received
a conditional use permit as required hv the TMC. The addition
meets all zoning requirements except for the parking and con-
ditional use permit required as mentioned above.

STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff recommends approval with the following conditions:
