Bonita Road (Wash. Co Tax Map 2S1 12B, Tax Lot 500) was approved by the City of Tigard Planning Director. This approval is subject to the following conditions: 1 . A non-remonstrance agreement to participate in a local improvement district for the improvement of SW Bonita . Road be signed by the property owner, and be recorded and transferred to all deeds for all new lots as they are sold. 2.
