Following our discussion we prepared a partial site plan to illustrate the configuration, location and dim- ensions agreed upon. The site plan incorporates the standards requested by Ron Higby from • Tri--Met and a copy has been forwarded to him for, his review and approval. Once Tri-Met has notified you of their approval it is our understanding this document will become a permanent part of the city's' file on the project. When 72nd has been reconstructed to its planned 44' width and' Tri-•Met begins bus service along this section of the street the, drawing will serve as a specification for the configuration and dimensions for the setbacks and dedication required to construct the transit stop. We greatly appreciate your suggestions and assistance in determining the proper location for the transit stop. Signage will be limited to names and log')s which can be silkscreened directly onto the canvas awnings that are part of both floors of the building. Because tenants will be occupying differing amounts of square footage, not every awning will have signage on it. Nighttime illumination will be provided by fluorescent tubes mounted behind the canvas thereby indirectly lighting the signage. 41 • • Lo 1 ' ti h • • • 1 p • .,, n x.w.w.s aa.r..nfr• r .,•ww.r.>.w«^aa wJI1w.•.+a.+A rr i>«wr w+.,wY.w4r+.+w+w.Y«Ywn..au.Wi.v+n.i.v"N.wiwwW4wYkrk`rr+avvuWwwuy+..iW.wwx+.M...a4YlwvWwYW1.iWINrwAr.WW1MwN>.'wfJ.
