As stated in the staff report SDR 16-79 your project does not have a conditional use permit to operate a nursing home in an A-2 zone. A permit should have been granted at the time you annexed to the city. It was overlooked at that time. In order to clear our 1,ecords, we would like you to apply for a conditional use permit. This approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. Planning Department approval of an irrigation plan. 2. No changes will be made to approved plans or specifications unless; formal application is made to the appropriate department and changes are approved by that department. Application for changes will be made in writing and shall include applicable drawings, engineering specifications and other details requested by the department. No construction shall take place in these instances until after the changes have been approved. Any deviation from this condition will result in the immediate posting of a stop work order on the project or any portion of the project. Records do not show the 'grant- ing of a conditional use. At present, the nursing home exists as a non-con- forming use but might more appropriately be a conditional use. A :nursing home is allowable as a conditional use in an A-2 zone.
