Dear Mrs. Hartig:
Please be advised that on February 23, 1978, your request for
site plan and architectural review of a proposed 474 square foot
expansion of the existing police station at 9020 S .W. Burnham
(Wash. Co. Tax Map 251 2AD, Lot 2800) was approved subject to the
following condtions:
1. Land necessary to provide 30 feet of right-of-way from '
centerline on S .W. Burnham Street and S .W. Ash Street be
dedicated prior to issuance of a building permit .
2. A signed agreement not to remonstrate against the future
formation of local improvement district (LID) for the im-
provement of S.W. Burnham and S.W. Ash be submitted prior
to issuance of a building permits
Plan check by the Building Department will not be initiated until .
plans have been revised or the necessary documentation obtained {
for conditions 1 and 2 as stated above.

SDR 31-73 A plan was approved for the remodeling of a single family
home into office facilities for the police station. i.

The proposed addition ±s minor and intended to match the existing
structure in architectural style and material . The initial design
