The proposed unit is a contemporary two story duplex. The
exterior walls will be 1 x 6 channel cedar siding and the
roof will be cedar shakes . The landscape plan should be
revised to include ivy plantings 18" o.c. along the rear
/ property line. Hose bibbs should be located on each '
building wall to insure a convenient and adequate means of
irrigation.
In keeping with other duplexes approved on S .W. Hall Blvd
