Site Plan Review: The applicant is proposing to build a furniture warehouse adjacent to an existing building. The proposed unit is compatible with the existing structure and Aurroundiig area. The landscape meets the required setback for an M-4 zone and works well with the existing plantings. There area, " however, two areas of concern : 1. The absence of an irrigation system for the landscaping. 2. The proposed extensive use of barkdust in the new landscape area.
