Site Description:
The southern half of the lot drops off sharply and down into
a natural drainage Swale on the edge of Red Rock Creek. A.
boat display area is being proposed in this southern portion
of the site.
Previous Action:
CU 1578 - June 20 , 1978, The Tigard Planning Commiss'ioxi approved
a conditional use permit to operate a retail boat sales and
repair business and outside storage in a C-3 General Commercial
zone for a 3. 51 acre parcel subject to the following condition:
1. That a site plan (to include landscaping, parking,"
architectural improvements, to the office/shop building and
signing program) be submitted to design review for approval. '
