I was not consulted on this matter originally and only heard of it last week. At that time, I informed Louis Zimel that this plot plan change would need my approval undr our Devel- ' opment Agreements , and under the Shopping Center Covenants ' . • Furthermore, this change would require my approval in order to have the City of Tigard consider this alteration to the ro Planned Development Zoning. , The Planned Development property was a joint application of ' Mercury DeveloP me n t Company and myself.
