I was not consulted on this matter originally and only heard of it last week. At that time, I informed Louis Zimel that this plot plan change would need my approval undr our Devel- ' opment Agreements , and under the Shopping Center Covenants ' . • Furthermore, this change would require my approval in order to have the City of Tigard consider this alteration to the ro Planned Development Zoning. , The Planned Development property was a joint application of ' Mercury DeveloP me n t Company and myself. At this time,ime, the '.i, City should not consider an y ch anges to the plot plan without m y approval of an application for a modification to the oxag ' ' inal Planned Development as approve y the Plan ning Commission 1 p and City Council.
