Dear Ms. Ford:
Please be advised that on August 7, 1978 your request for
site plan and architectural review of a modular, single
story office building at 72nd and sow. Fir Loop was
approved subject to the following conditions:
1. A tree surgeon be retained by the applicant to
insure minimal tree damage due to constr uction. •
2. Any exterior mechanical equipment pment be screened
(i.e. air conditioning unit)
3. A cross easement agreement is to be signed with
the owner of Lot 5 for the proposed driveway
• before a building permit will be issued
4 . The proposed mutual driveway between lots 4 and
5 will be completed when lot 5 is developed or .�

Lot 4 is a relatively flat and heavily treed. There is an
approximate 3% grade with a drainage flow from the southeast
quadrant to the northwest quadrant.
Previous Action:
_ zC 5-76 - on August 3, 1976 the Tigard Planning Commission
,•. approved a commercial planned development and adopted a
general plan.
