Site Designation : 6I The site is zoned `1R-7" Single Family Residential and designated "• Residential-Commercial on NPO #6 A Site Description : The site is currently occupied by a home and 3456 sq. ft greenhouse . The site is landscaped with a residential type setting Proposed Use ,. t The applicant is proposing to sell nursery products (plants and shrubs) from the greenhouse and provide a growing area 4 for the plants in the eastern 'portion of the site. This type of use is conditional in the "R-7" zone. Previous Action : On March 21, 1978 the Tigard Planning Commission approved a a conditional use permit. for the site in question subject to ' i r the following conditions 1 .
