Tax Map 2S1 1D, Tax Lot. 102) ,' • Site Designation: , The site is zoned M-3. "Light Industrial" zone, p Site Description: The site has a steep grade (25%) in the southeastern quadrant . Aside from this steep bank which abuts Hunziker Street, the majority of the site is relatively flat with a drainage flow to the northwestern quadrant. The site is void of any significant vegetation, but the ratoposed plantings zhould help this situation dramatically. Presently, a 15, 838 square foot repair shop and . storage facility is located near the center of the site with an , 6 - outside storage area surrounding the shop. The adjoining property ' to the West is occupied with warehousing, the northern , border is , east and State Highway 217, to the 'east �.s additional light industry aik� the � southern border is S .W.
