Proposed Use: --
The applicant is proposing to install an architectural office in an
- existing single family home. An Architectural office is a permitted
use in the Commercial Professional Zone.
Site Description:
_ The site is a roughly flat parcel, .4 acres with a single family home
located in the center of the site. —
Previous Action:
AC 33-77 - On December 12, 1977, the Tigard City Council approved.' a 4

Site Plan & Architectural Review:
The applicant is proposing to remodel the existing home into professional
offices. Exterior remodeling is minimal and will be compatible with
the existing structure, The major change;on the site is the installation

The applicant should be advised that the Tigard Municipal Code requires ;�-
parking areas to be paved to city code, Curbing should also be specified
in all areas where paving abutts landscaping in order to protect plant
material.
— The L.I.D. Agreement for the improvement of SW '.Haop ton has not yet been
received. It should be noted that SW 70th is also in need of improvement
and as an oversight vas not required at the Planning Commission level.
Therefore an L.I.D. Agreement for the improvement of SW 70th should be

Staff Recommendations:
