North side of Durham Road, 800 feet west of Hall Boulevard
Lots 1 through 8 (Wash. Co. Tax Map 2510-11D, Tax lot 1400)
The lots are bordered by SW Stratford Loop in the north, by
SW 88th Avenue on east, by SW Durham Road on the south, and
by a single family development to the west.
SITE DESIGNATION
The site is zoned '.Rr-7' single family residential and des-
ignated urban low density on the Tigard Community Plan 19710'
PROPOSED USE:
The applicant is proposing to build 8 duplexes. Duplexes are
listed as a conditional use in 9 R-7' zone.
SITE DESCRIPTION:
The site is flat, and was formerly used for farm cultivation.
There is very little 'vegetation other than grass except for
a few trees along the western property line.
PREVIOUS ACTION:
53-77 w On July 20, 1977 perliminary plan approval was granted
for a 71 lot subdivision Attached to this approval was
