by railroad spur. The use pre-existed the City code and is
a permitted use in the M-4 one Because of the railroad line,
no setbacks are regfuired, and the location of a spur line and
fence renders landscape screening of the proposed tank impos-
sible.
Eleven tanks are already being utilized on the site, and the
addition of one more will have negligible impact on the site.
According to the applicant, the tank will contain sulphuric
acid and will produce no odor.
III. Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends approval as submitted.
