Section 18 .58 .010 of the Tigard Municipal Code requires ` :`
site development plan review in the "A-2, C-3, C-4, C-5, C-P,
M-2, M-3 and M-4 zones and for conditional uses -within all'
zones, building permits and certificates of occupancy shall ,
be issued in accordance with a site development plan approved
by the site development plan and Design Review Board for the
lot or tract on which the proposed use, uses or major re
modelings are to be located."
This parcel is zoned C-3M thus exempt from Design Review,
In regard to the issue of parking, Section 18 .60.040
requires an off-street parking plan whenever any building

permit is required. Pruitt is ''requesting" a building per-

mit and we have received his plans . ».

Conclusion: This whole issue can be handled administratively '10,
and should be so done .
Action Required: Amend Tigard Municipal Code to add C-3M • ,
to Design Review Board review submitted off-street park-
